The drug and alcohol programs at Addiction Services are guided by a client centred, harm reduction approach.  Our services strive to meet the needs of each individual client based on their personal preference, whether that is to quit using drugs and/or alcohol completely, to reduce their use or simply to learn more about it. 

Addiction Services adheres to several guiding principles including:

• Being respectful of client preferences and differences.
• Embracing a holistic approach.
• Providing committed staff who support an environment which is non-judgemental and empathetic.

Addiction Services offers a variety of programs related to drug and/or alcohol use/abuse.  They include assessment, individual counselling, group programs, education, support and referral.
